From Cuisine at Home, with modifications. Originally an orange sauce, we've changed this to ginger instead. To return to the original recipe, substitute orange marmalade for the ginger marmalade. Or you could try lemon or lime marmalade instead.
2 tuna steaks, patted dry
2 tablespoons peanut oil
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup coriander, finely chopped
1/2 cup ginger marmalade
4 1/2 teaspoons fresh orange juice
3 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
3 teaspoons tamari
1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil

In a saucepan whisk together marmalade, orange juice, vinegar, tamari and sesame oil
Cook over medium heat until thickened, 3-4 minutes
Remove from heat, stir in coriander and set aside
Heat peanut oil in fry pan on medium-high heat. Add tuna and sear 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve steaks, with sauce spooned over and sprinkle with sesame seeds

If peanut oil is not available, substitute with canola oil.
If tamari is not available substitute light soy sauce
