Recipe makes over a cup of dipping sauce. Unused sauce can be stored in the refrigerator, in a sealed jar, for up to a month.
Great with Spring Rolls, or also makes an excellent dressing for salad leaves
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 teaspoons salt
1 glove garlic, minced
1 birds eye chili, minced
Saucepan
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve at room temperature
