200g frozen peas
salt
lemon juice

Blender
Bring saucepan of salted water to the boil. Cook peas for 3 mins
Drain peas and put them in blender, along with a little water.
Blend for 2 - 3 minutes, adding more liquid if required, until a think smooth puree has been achieved
Pour puree through a fine sieve, using the back of a ladle to push the puree through
Taste and season with salt and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Set aside.
