A tangy and tasty mayonnaise, lifted by using fresh dill from the garden. Great with seafood, chicken dishes, vegetables etc. Originally from the Cooking with Nana Ling site.

The mayonnaise will keep in the fridge (covered or in an airtight container) for at least a week, if not more.
½ lemon, juice only
2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill (or 1/2 teaspoon dried dill)
½ teaspoon dijon mustard
¼ cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper, to taste

Measure out all the ingredients. Don't be afraid to be generous with the dill!!
