2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup sultanas
1 cup whole walnuts
1/2 cup pepitas
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
In a large frying pan, heat vegetable oil on medium heat
Add rolled oats. Stir frequently for 5 minutes, until lightly browned.
Turn heat to low and add remaining ingredients, except for vanilla extract.
Stir frequently for about 5 mins.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container
