25 grams butter
1 teaspoon minced garlic
3 tablespoons concentrated Pizza Sauce or 3/4 cup Passata
1/2 cup cream
15 grams parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
Large frying pan
Wooden spoon
Shallow bowls to serve
Step 1 : Cook sauce
Finely grate parmesan, set aside.
Melt the butter in a large frying pan, add the garlic and cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 1 minute.
Add the tomato sauce. If using Passata, cook for a few minutes until sauce thickens.
Add cream, stir sauce to mix
Add parsley, stir to mix
Season with salt and pepper as desired
Step 2 : Cook gnocchi

When gnocchi is cooked, lift it out with a slotted spoon and transfer to the frying pan.
Step 3 : Combine and serve
Gently mix the gnocchi through the sauce
Add grated parmesan to frying pan, gently stir through.
Serve in shallow bowls
